Charlie Cole started his radio career over 40 years ago in a small station in Southeastern Ohio. He has worked in Columbus, Ohio; Tampa Florida; State College, Pennsylvania; York, Pennsylvania; Leesburg, Virginia; and Washington DC. Charlie also worked Part-time at Armed Forces Radio during his 20 year military career.

Charlie’s love of the Oldies and the belief that radio should be community-oriented is what brought him to Waynesboro and Big Oldies 930AM/100.7FM . His company, Jukebox Media LLC, purchased WWON in August 2011 and WWON-FM in 2014. WWON-FM increased to 6000 Watts in October 2015. We now reach Hohenwald, Parsons, Waverly, Linden,  Savannah, Lawrenceburg, Loretto, and Florence AL.
